Frequent I have no opinion one way or the other on what you or anyone else has said. Each to their own and all that. Im more than happy with where I stand with regards to fraud.....that is what's likely to land me up in court and what's not. But others might well not be and I hate the thought of people possibly being worried through reading information that is wrong. Not up for debate.....just wrong in fact.

You mentioned Obtaining pecuniary advantage earlier. This charge no longer exists, it was repealed by the fraud act in 2007 and unless an offence was committed before that date, no person can be charged with it. You need to look at the Fraud Act 2006 for up to date information.

I'm not being a smart as. Like I said, there may be people here who could be worried by your posts unnecessarily and that isn't fair :(

I have my own views and experience on fraud, which I don't wish to air here. Each person must make up their own minds about what they choose to do. They can only do that with the correct information.

Was just coming on here to post that, you beat me to it! Been a long time since that has been in use, Fraud by False Representation is the main "coverall" offence, although there are others such as Fraud by Abuse of Position etc. I should know, I work in the fraud department!

Anyway, now thats out the way!!

What is going on this with APG? Did a shop this morning at 11.27am, and have just now put it in the APG checker and its coming back as not enough items. Bought exactly the same items as yesterday, which produced an APG of £9.14, a combination of 3 lynx and 8 impulse plus 4 other fillers.

Lady shopper we've had a few reports that the lynx and impulse aren't showing on apgs today. Is that the end of it?

My cousins gf's had the baby on Sunday- little Megan, 6 pounds 8 ounces. Waiting for photos. We'll visit once they've settled.
