I think I'll take a break from here for a while, and I'd apreciate it if the Tesco c&cs were called something else, I don't care if people check back and name it after the real original finder or just name it something else but it will mean I won't have to close my account on here.

    Evening all.

Flo, I understand your feelings, I would be  in your position, I hope there's a way you can stay on Mse (((hugs))) going back to catching up/lurking.

Indeed, the software is linked to the PO system, so anything untoward should flag, which is where people circumventing the system comes into it, number 41 A, B , C etc. ...

Frequent I have no opinion one way or the other on what you or anyone else has said. Each to their own and all that. Im more than happy with where I stand with regards to fraud.....that is what's likely to land me up in court and what's not. But others might well not be and I hate the thought of people possibly being worried through reading information that is wrong. Not up for debate.....just wrong in fact.

You mentioned Obtaining pecuniary advantage earlier. This charge no longer exists, it was repealed by the fraud act in 2007 and unless an offence was committed before that date, no person can be charged with it. You need to look at the Fraud Act 2006 for up to date information.

I'm not being a smart as. Like I said, there may be people here who could be worried by your posts unnecessarily and that isn't fair :(

I have my own views and experience on fraud, which I don't wish to air here. Each person must make up their own minds about what they choose to do. They can only do that with the correct information.
  • I've not read back completely so I'm sure I've missed a lot of the posts last night. Floflo, please reconsider. I find your posts really helpful and your humour would defo be missed here. This is your home, please stay. X

You do love bleating on about your "fan club turning on you" quite a bit. There's a name for someone who gets a kick out of provoking people on internet forums so I'll do with you what I do with the other one who's pestering me at the moment.
