so, would it have been wise to keep the subbed biscuits then? or am i going to get credited £10 back for them?

The APG is the same whether you sub or don't sub. By refusing you get a refund and APG by subbing you would have gotten no refund (assuming the subs are not cheaper) but extra goods.

there is no mention of the 3 for £10 for the chocs on this receipt either:mad:
I think i have just been charged £5 for each item so am now thinking i did the wrong thing by leaving them darn biscuits, they were much posher than the vinnies too
I will find out whats what later when it lets me enter my receipt, but at the minute it just bringing up my last C&C order from last week for the fajitas. ;)

I would have to completely agree with you, I have 2 staffies and they are very soft and do exactly what the children tell them to probably more so than they listen to me, it's just their barking that drives me mad!

Poppy doesn't bark much only when she sees another dog when we out on our walkies. Drives me potty she doesn't do it with every dog just those she doesn't like. Or when that stupid dog is out over the back when i let her out and it comes to fence and barks at Poppy so she retaliates back.

The point your raise about T's IT system not being robust enough to detect multiple use ( or fraud), is one of the issue's I raised with MR T on the phone yesterday.

They were very apologetic, and said they would be sending on the details of my report, to the loss prevention team for further investigation.

This may go against the grain, but i'm not going to sit here and watch people rob my fund without responding.

This highlights my point further. Why has it taken a customer to tell them about the fraud being committed. Surely, with their robust customer recognition and tracking equipment, they should be fully aware of what is going on by now.

I would also ask how much the use of the first time user code has affected your fund. I assume you have that figure to hand. No I am not serious but before you make such claims you should ensure you can substantiate them. Particularly given that a pension fund is a long term investment so there is no real way you can tell what impact this kind of activity has had on your fund.

I may be wrong but I am guessing that your pension fund is a low risk one as medium and high risk funds rely less on high street business performance. If this is the case, and you are genuinely concerned about the impact on you pension, why are you using this thread? Surely every glitch you pursue on this thread will reduce the potential profits of the very stores (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda etc.) that your pension is invested in (unless it is solely reliant on Ts, which I find hard to believe, and if it is sack your fund manager), thus impacting your pension?

I just don't understand why you feel that abusing the first time user code will bring the downfall of your pension.

Have you ever bought something from Sainsbry's , had a brand match, returned the item, keeping the brand match. If so, do you consider that fraud.

Technically isn't that fraud by deception? (not judging)
