Frequent, I'm a little concerned, and I'm not having a go, but are you going to be using the info that is posted on here to pass to T's about glitches, 1p items, code stacks and everything else we all take advantage of?
I ask, cos there are many people that would struggle to survive without the bargains/glitches that are posted. The info posted here has been a lifeline for many, enabling them to get back on their feet, or keep their head above water. We do a lot of good here, and it would be sad to lose this thread.
Surely T's make so much profit that what we do here is a drop in the ocean to them.
They are known to monitor this thread, so probably don't need you to bring our activities to their attention, they are aware without the reports you said you've sent.
There is a bigger picture here, in that T knows that the glitches are spread far and wide on the net yet they do nothing to stop them. It brings in the customers and the small amount we gain, and post about is peanuts to them, and publicity for them.
They can afford the best in the business to run their IT dept, so perhaps some of what we find is deliberate.
If you look back, the xbox r & r went on for weeks. They knew about it, but did nothing to stop it. There must have been a reason for it.
How many glitch shops don't work, but they have still got your money.
You've gone instore for the glitch, but many people buy far more, cos they're tempted while they are there and spend more than they mean to.
The object of the game is footfall.
Get the customer into the store and they will spend.
Lose a fraction of your profit, but overall you win.
That's why they are the biggest supermarket chain.
I read a bit of last nights posts, and was saddened by the tone, not only yours I might add. You feel strongly about the issue, but a gentler, more advisory tone may have gone down better.
As others have said in the past, what is written doesn't always come over in the way it would if it was spoken, and sometimes offence is taken when none was meant. We also react in the heat of the moment, and post things in anger or frustration. Hurt feelings mean one retaliates in kind.
I hope no one takes offence at what I've written. I love this thread and all the support that we give one another. There are bigger things here than glitches.
Please can the arguments and retaliatory, points scoring posts stop, and let's get back to the happy place.

have just checked and the four i got (africa, excite, dark temptation and apollo) are not on msm now.

dont know when they disappeared :o

Not surprising really, come on, do peeps think the stores don't read this thread ?

Some of the glitches are clever marketing and some are genuine mistakes via data input.

What surprises me is how long it takes the stores to fix them.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.
