He did, I had to come home from uni yet again but managed to get him out and in the car that came to pick him up. He came home happy......they are having classes in a proper carpentry workshop to make the planters for the war memorials. TBH he's good with stuff like that, but is pleased at being able to learn the skills properly.
I LOVE the woman that runs the project, she's a proper no nonsense sort . Her OH is suffering PTSD as well and she is just great

This is the project, it's in it's early days but absolute credit to her for setting it up

My DIY SOS bathroom has no electric not even lights it's a booger when you need to find anything at night.

Hopefully 3rd time lucky you won't need to come home next time, at least you could go straight back to uni but must have been a disruption for you.

Fc so glad your dh went again this week. The butt kicking might continue a while. Mum sometimes needs this tecnique to get me to art class. I love them but always worry about going and don't sleep night before.

Just unfortunate that butt kicking is due when you have full day at uni.
I am sure he will find it easier to get in car after a few times. At least they are willing to give a life
Also hope ds2 coped with girls sleeping over the other night as not 'normal' accurance for him.
