My eye was too poorly to drive monday and I got it photocopied in town tuesday but only paid for half hour parking so came home and made sure everything was in the envelope, went to local sorting office just after 6pm and they had changed the closing times. And were already shut.

Not sure when that changed but it would have been nice to have been told, last time I went it was open to either 7pm or 8pm, stickers had been put over times to say 6pm. Must have missed it by minutes.

I know it sounds greedy but sometimes I could manage a secoond helping!

well scampi in Italian is plural for scampo, which are very nice indeed. We tend to eat them with linguine and yet another secret sauce
