Morning all, haven't been able to pop in for a couple of days, RL getting in the way.

I see you aren't feeling so good today Nannylala, sending you a great big hug. :kisses3: Wrap up nice and warmly and enjoy the fact that you can have a nice rest today. I was feeling a bit off it one afternoon this week and it was a miserable day, so I put on the heater in the lounge, wrapped myself up in a blanket and the dogs and I all had a really lovely snooze. It felt like a real treat, not something I would normally do but it just felt right and after an hour or so I felt a lot better. Have a lovely cosy day, all the poorly peeps x :)
    Hope is not a strategy.

    Oh nanny:A

How we miss our loved ones...........

I think when you feel sad it's good to keep busy but when you are a bit under the weather and you need to rest, your thoughts can kick in and there's not a lot you can do,other than go with it.

Do a bit of self nurturing. Breakfast in bed sounds good....bargain shopping on the internet. I have a Debenhams 10% off code going in my recycling(redfox is still in bed;)), radio 4......Desert Island Discs is on at 11.15 and The Food Programme at 12.30 and Gardeners Questiontime at 2.00 ...... Make a nice lunch........and stay warm:)

Raining here and I have the 4th of 5 loads of washing in the machine.
Came back Friday night from my week of catering on a film in Aldershot. 5.30A.M starts and 6.30p.m. finishes for 5 days has wiped me out. sis has gone to Nice for a few days so I was asked to wash the t-towels and aprons. ( a whole weeks worth).
Went for a lovely GBK with OH, DD and her fiance yesterday evening so back to the diet after a week off. I could not do that sort of work whilst on a VLCD but was very good with what I ate. only got 6lbs to get to target.
Bit behind with glitches but will catch up today as I can get to ASDA on Tuesday when I take DD for her counselling. She looked after mum while i was away and did a great job. She seems to be progressing well so really pleased with that.
Hope everyone has a good glitchy or nsd. I got my 2 ACHICA orders while I was away and the duvet cover that was supposed to be £90.00 is fab. I have 2 £10.00 codes still to use just need a free delivery code now.
Thanks TM for your help with that.
