Morning everyone! Can't seem to shake this cold quite yet. Hugs to everyone similarly afflicted. I am definitely not going to As today. The combo of grey skies and the fact it's a Saturday....No no no.Debt free 6th December 2014

Did everyone get the mailing from Ts for the bonus Christmas voucher? I have to spend £90 per week :rotfl: with a voucher for£45 off a £90 spend at the end. There's not much in the way of terms and conditions - all it says is you have to "spend" £90 in total each week .... not that you must keep everything you have bought
also it doesn't say, that I can see, that the purchase of gift cards is excluded
;);)
What is everyone's thinking on this?? I could never normally spend £90 per week there, but would happily do a bit of shuffling with gift cards or clothing returns to get the voucher at the end
I was thinking, maybe
Week 1 - Buy one £100 Tes gift card - spend met
Week 2 - Use the gift card to buy £90+ clothes - spend met
Week 3 - Return ill-fitting
clothes and refund goes back on giftcard - spend another £90+ on clothes and pay with giftcard - spend met
Week 4 - same as week 3, then later return clothes - spend met and still left with £100 on Tes giftcard at the end to use when the voucher comes through.
Obviously sounds too good to be true but could possibly work based on the vague Ts&Cs
:rotfl: also if it doesn't work and the voucher doesn't get produced, I haven't lost anything as I still have the giftcard at the end - of course you could always just use cash right from the start and not faff with the giftcard. I only used that example as it covered the week one spend threshold
I've got a £50 shop to suss out with a £25 bonus, I'm thinking gift cards and clothes as well

My poor lil man has still got an awful cough, does anyone have any tips on helping him rest in the night time, his sleep is so disturbed :(I've tried a steamy bathroom before bed, rubbing Vicks on him, raising the head of his bed. I'm at a loss what to do now.
Morning all, i think it was last year on this thread that someone said to put vicks on the sole of feet and putting socks on at bed time. Its strange but i told someone at work who's gd had nasty cough and she told me the next day it worked a treat.
Does anyone else remember this?
I do, and I've been doing it. I think it ws flo flo had had the advice last time my lil monkey was ill xLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -

I pay direct debit for mine and EON put think it was £45 back in my bank in May because I was in credit and I was  at them. Rang them and guy said 'this is what they do' I told him 'was there no way he could stop this happening again so I would have a credit on my account for Winter bill'. Answer 'no they only do it once a year when they assess billing' They also wanted to down my DD I told them 'to leave it at what I was paying' So annoying when I am trying to budget. Rant over

I wont change because I have it in my head they all they same in the long run and will still be paying same.
I m with eon too and was looking at comparisons as Martin has been urging us to do . Mine is frozen till April 2014. When I looked there was only one company better than eon ATM and I would only save £4 a year. Not going to bother moving just yet but it is a minefield.0 -

Oh Dear - think it will take a lot to shift me off the bottom of the quiz today - I'd opened the tab and went back to it later to do but when I clicked submit it had gone into maintenance. 8 correct in 2895 seconds :rotfl:0

Different offer that is the 3 for £3, keep up;):p0 -
Good morning all, hope those not feeling well are better soon. If I enter my apg on my ipad it still asks for all details when re-entered on the computer in order to print, what am I doing wrong? The only details I enter fully is a real postcode (but not mine) otherwise I only enter one letter on each line or one number for the address line and my email address is made up.I open it first on my iphone app and then when I open it then on the pc because it has been opened first on the iphone it doesn't ask for any details. If using the pc/laptop is only option then I made up addresses.0 -
Can somebody just run through this for me, I think I've found another glitch..
Asda site has a 3 for £6 offer on which includes Simple refreshing facial wash, but MSM shows this as being on a 3 for £5 offer so when added to basket with 2 other items (Dove for men body wash) the total on MSM comes to £10.40 V tesco at £7 but you would pay £6
So a £3.40 APG on a £6 spend?
Would that work?Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!
