Morning all! Long time lurker here. Just wanted to say massive thanks to everyone for the glitches and deals.

I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. When you do a floflo shop and wish to return something, how do they work out how much to refund, especially if that item you wanted to return is more or less how much the total shopping cost. Do they take the discount away?

I've read different posts stating that the discount stays on but I'm just wondering what happens if I return at a store; won't the assistant query the discount when she looks at the receipt?

Hope someone can help. At work now but will try and check for any replies.

Hm not sure, I scan the barcode or tap it into app view the apg and then enter straight on to apg website on laptop, you just need to make sure you have unticked the box on the website about being kept up to date:

Hi there - good morning. I'm pushed for time, due to my bank closing early and having to do something in branch:(, but hoping to put everything into one journey and go onto A. I'm looking at this multi too - are there any items other than Mila Roses that work as triggers? Flo?:) I have 197 vs 165. The Mila Roses have been missing for ages. I assume NSpa coco no longer works? Anything that works (non-Mila Rose as sadly we have no use for those)? Ta!

It has already worked this week so should be good for today. I am tight I like to get the three items for under a £ or free but asda to put their prices up.

Hi. After some help please. I have quite a few clubcard vouchers going out of date soon but can not find the email that it goes with to get into the account to exchange them. Is there anyway to just input the account number & get the email addy.

Are you aware of any other items that work?

Asda shows 41 items in the 3 for £6 but MSM only show 39 but I cant work out what else is missing from MSM

I believe the 2 items are the simple facewash and the simple light moisturiser both showing in the 3 for £6 on a.com but 3 for £5 on msm causing them to be triggers for the 3 for £6 but nothing that interests me on a good offer elsewhere.

I can't see this in the 2 for £4 offer on MSM either

If bought with any other herbal essences that are in the offer and on offer at Tesco's or Sainsbury's it could return an APG of about £2.07 for a £4 spend if it works?

i used the radox on monday and it worked ok,got it with the dove deo and used coupons,so was free.dove offer different in t`s now tho.:D
