Is it shown on your bank statement or just unavailable funds ?
You said there were subs and none of stuff so were you due any refund ?Trying to get through to them is a nightmare and when you do they are difficult to explain things too as they aren't in this country and don't really get it.
At least they haven't taken it twice like they normally do, last time it took 3 faxes and numerous phone calls to get them to take the money off hold and they put me in an unauthorised overdraft. That's always a risk with Asda, just google how many complaints there are.
So I've lost £33 plus the stuff I did get wasn't really what I wanted or needed and the APG is gone. Just be really careful and always tick subs so they price match.MSE- The Glitchhikers guide to the galaxy0 -

As for the 'good' womble, I needed luck and didn't get it I'm afraid - total of 8 pence, and not even bothering with it. The Tiramisu (price incr. in T from £1 to £1.10) was bought but totally ruined by the Chicken:(:(. A was therefore more than 10% chpr than T!
The 8 pence came vs Waities.

Just hopeless!! Didn't know what they were doing at all! That chicken (just 550g) is way too expensive for me even at A's £3.79 price. Even if it must be fresh chicken, I can find ones way cheaper than that!:)
I wouldn't buy any of that shopping at all - not even the Tiramisu vs T. I got my (A) Tiramisu a couple of weeks ago, when T was £1, and it's still in date. Might have it tonight!!:rotfl:
Mushrooms are way too dear for the amount. Those crumpets??:eek: The milk incorrect and the sunflower oil (which I had hoped would give me a return) bought at full price and comparing to full price. No way!:rotfl: The "SP" Peppers - price is .

The 8p was because of this vs W:
1 x ASDA British Whole Milk 4 Pints (2.27L)£1.00£1.29
1 x ASDA British Semi Skimmed Milk 4 Pints (2.27L)£1.00£1.29
1 x ASDA Sunflower Oil (1L)£1.75£1.50
And all the rest N/A.
£1.50 (or even £1.35) for a litre of sunflower oil is too dear for me. £1.35/L seems to be standard expensive M price per litre on its own brand version. I look for £1/L and lower.
Just shows, sometimes, because fewer items in A match up with products in W, that leaves only a few items that compare and quite easy for A to be not quite 10% cheaper across those fewer number! The more items that compare on a general shop the less likely it is that they will mean an APG, especially if a number of A promotions have been bought (as is very likely with shoppers shopping instore purely from instore pricing info., who are trying to buy items that are cheaper in price ...and thus losing any APG). Long womble receipts can therefore be worse, and the best tend to be short receipts, of 8 or just over 8 items, with alcohol packs that happen to be cheaper elsewhere. Even then some of the pounds of difference is likely taken away by a few pence lost on a number of other items in the same shopping. That said, sometimes the longer receipts can give back as if the bill is higher, ten per cent of it is also higher too (and if the rival is the same price, that might be something).0 -
