In Tesco = I think the matey bubble bath is a £1 each. A pink girly one and a boys pirate one.
Add a sponge or bath toy.

I think you can get some nice kids presents for £10 or under, I budget that for friends children. Asda currently have a half price toy sale, Sainsburys are doing theirs next week, Boots 3 for 2 on toys are good too. I have picked up some great branded bargains at TK Maxx and The Entertainer .You can get them all a DVDs for under £10, or how about a pair of PJ's each

My daughter loves clothes as presents but my son hated getting clothes; he would have rather not had a present than got all excited.
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

ELC has the spirograph for £5 instead of £10.
I'd recommend these also, great price too. Have ordered a few of them myself.
Also keep an eye out in Poundland too as they have smaller sets of these again, in lovely bright colours and very good quality.

After looking through a teach thread just below yours someone suggested these from Argos, what about splittiing the 12 books between the 2 younger girls? You could also buy 2 packs of colouring pencils for them to go with them quite cheap?

That was me :o I've been telling everyone about them lol. Bought quite a few sets of these for my class, own children and nieces. Those and a wee packet of markers/crayons and you're set!

I was also going to suggest going to Home Bargains if you have one near. You can get a lot of things there for less than a fiver! Last year I bought my nieces decorate your own Jewelery boxes and they were £4 each. Have bought more this year for my own daughter and her wee friend :)

  • I try and spend less than £10 on friends/families kids and I find it fairly easy.
One of the best places I've found presents this year is in the Argos clearance section, you can filter it to your local store and then reserve lots of lovely bargains. I got a few lego sets less than half price at my local store.
    Good luck!

£10 book voucher each, sorted. Plus you're improving their minds.

My favourite thing ever used to be going to Waterstones/WH Smith after a birthday or Christmas and picking out my own book

great ideas above, i think youngsters like lots of little bits and bobs to open. You could wrap each item separately and put them in a nice gift bag decorated with ribbons & fancy name tag etc.

this is a lovely project, I think you could get a really nice selection of things for each of the children.
