Help!! Cant get a great deal?!!!!

Hi everyone
I cant seem to get a great deal at Sky even when i threaten to leave them to go to TalkTalk or Virgin Media I currently pay nearly £50 for Tv Internet and Phone. the tv is basic and does not include movies or sky sports.....they gave me a measly £5 off my phone today, but its just not good enough.
can anyone give me some advice?

Just cancel and wait for the phone to ring.
I was paying the same as you and just canceled, they have offered me 3 different deals, the last 50% of TV including Sports.0 -

Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -

Call them anytime to say you had missed calls and wanted to check the cancelation was going through. They'll offer you a deal.0 -

12 months at 50%. The reason I didn't take it up is because they wouldn't do a deal on the internet to match one for new customers.
My mum got flyers offering much better deals after she left and I'm really not that bothered about having the internet or Sat TV. I have freeview and I have 4g which I tether to my laptop.0 -
