Problem with new TVs - they often only have one SCART.
I think you need to consider your whole system - why have you got 2 DVD players - this Sony is a surround sound system or something?
This is a TV I like, my granddad and sister both have one. No Smart rubbish, just a good screen, good sound (for a flatscreen) and a nice quick menu, nice remote and Freeview HD.
    Look around for prices though.

  • Hi Is this what you mean for plugging more than one scart in:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/SCART-Splitter-Way-Non-Switched-Support/dp/B000I2JW1I/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1383312853&sr=8-10&keywords=scart+adapter The reviews aren't that good but it is quite cheap so am happy to give it a go if this is the right thing. Even the dearer ones the reviews were not any better!
You are right I don't really need 2 DVD players.... yes the SONY is a surround sound system & although it is quite old the sound system is brilliant when playing shop bought DVD's. I got the JVC later because it was a DVD recorder as well & also I can still watch my old VHS videos as well, it also has allowed me to copy some of my old VHS camera recordings onto DVD. To be honest having 2 was more of a nice to have more than a need to have, must admit don't use both very often. In face it is the SONY one I miss both at the moment as I usually use that one to play DVD's.
Thanks for the link to the TV I will also have a look at this & do some research but in the meantime will order the SCART adaptor if this is the right one?

Yep, that'll do the job. It works by sending through whatever device is switched on, so make sure you only have 1 on at a time. For £2, you might as well I suppose.
