Maybe you should have taken more than 10 minutes to look round it before buying.....
However, I do have sympathy. They don't build them like they used to....
This has nothing to do with looking at a house for more than 10 minutes, DAFT AND STUPID DUCK! :mad:
This was the 'right' house and there was no other option open to me - simple as that. The fact is that the vast majority of modern houses use plasterboard, which I find very weak and fragile.0 -
Perhaps be a little more careful?
Take the "MMA" into the garden or garage?
Teach your kids to use pollyfilla and sandpaper- family fun?
Think about stone cladding.. on the inside.Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.
