Hi Who's responsibility is the BT line that enters from the road under your property in ducting and terminates at the master socket. Is it BT Openreach? The reason being is that the is water leaking from the ducting under our sub floor

They are going to install a new duct and remove the existing one. They mentioned first of all that from the new ducting there will be a box on the outside of the property which the line will terminate into. Will it then be possible for them to connect this into the existing master socket under the stairs which is where the power is for Infinity, 2 telephone extensions and CAT5e cabling from the router.
