Unable to contact e2save customare care to return my contract

Hi,

I need help...I got an orange contract from e2save thinking that india calling nos are free, but its being charged now. So now I want to return it back and I have'nt used/activated the phone. But the Customer care no always keeps on hold. Need to do that within 7 days. How else can I reach them. Pls suggest something.

Stay on hold, they will eventually answer

Mate there customer service department only opens from mon-fri.

There closed today. You'll have a long wait if you keep trying today.

The safest thing to do here is to send them a letter, detailing that you wish to return the goods within the stated period and that you have tried telephoning to no avail, and be sure that you send it to them by Recorded Delivery. Then check that they have signed for it.
