NHS parking Charge UKPC

Hi all just wondering if I could have some sound advice on the below-

Back in March a parked over the white line in a NHS Hospital car park, was was about a foot over the space line as the car next to me had done the same. When I returned to my car 20min later I had a "parking charge" stuck on my window.

After reading online I decided to not pay the charge. Since then I have had a few letters to my address as follows

Debt recover plus after £160

Debt recover plus for £120 if I pay within 7 days

Zenith collections for £160

Zenith collections for £80 if I pay in 7 days

Then today I got a letter from bpcollins solicitors called a "letter of demand" for non payment of a Parking Charge Notice issued by UKPC asking for £160 in the next 7 days otherwise they will advise there client to start court proceedings.

Can anyone advise on what I should do?

Take a look at this thread as it relates to UKPC and almost identical circumstances.

Was this in England/Wales and are you in England/Wales? Someone on pepipoo is mentioning the same letter but is in Scotland so cannot be sued in the county court:

Report them to the SRA like in the linked MSE thread already given above by Trebor16. And if you are in England/Wales then respond as suggested by zzzLazyDaisy (if in Scotland DO NOT RESPOND in case you infer who was driving).
