Thank you Martin & Co - Flight delay in March 2013 to Hurghada-Egypt of 5 hours, technical fault with plane.
Thomas Cook paid me compensation of £524 per person = £2096. They handled complaint quickly and from completing your on-line claim form on 27.8.13 I received BACS payment on 8.10.13. Advice very much appreciated. Thank you again

What was the technical problem with your plane? Thomas Cook keep rejecting our technical problem even though they had to fly in another aircraft from another UK airport so we could get to Spain.0
