Best smartphone for 100 pound or less

I had last years best £100 phone,the Huawei Ascend G300 and have just replaced it with a Motorola Razr i which cost £150 from 3.
I know it's more than your budget but trust me it's massively better in every way.
If it was my money and it was a choice between a Y300 or a Blade V or any other sub £100 phone I'd push the boat out and go for a Razr i.It's a phone he/she won't be disappointed with.
