hi guys,
I recently tried a week of saints and slimmers (another type of diet chef). I looked at the reviews online and it was all positive. Due to this I ordered a weeks supply to see how it was.
When it arrived I was more than disappointed. The food content was awful and the amount of sugar and fat was very high.
I posted a review online of my experience. However it seems that any negative review is deleted due to not following guidelines. therefore all reviews are positive.
VERY VERY CLEVER if you ask me.
Anyhow just wanted to let everyone know not to try it as its a waste and they cheat. (in my opinion anyway)

As a matter of interest have you deliberately chosen that username?
I misread it and thought you were Nazi01!0 -
It would be helpful to qualify your statements, for instance what levels of fat and sugar are in the foods?0
-
yes i chose that username and no its not for that reason.
So a chicken tikka meal .
4 pieces of very small chicken. (would fill maybe 2 table spoons). the rest is sauce.
15g of fat. 500 calories.
1 milkshake 220ml
12g sugar
220calories.
these are the ones i have in the fridge. gave the rest of them away....0 -

The meal is less than 4% fat, so would be classed as low fat.
Meal replacement shakes tend to be high in sugar.
This is no different from any of the other fad diets.0 -
i didnt realiuse this so this is shocking to me.
but my main point of this post is how they delete any bad / low reviews to make it look like they are really good.0 -
Slimming World is the way forward.0

I found I was cheating on slimming world. Instead of being sensible with the healthy food I went overboard.
Now just doing calorie controlled. lets see if this works0 -
Which site did you read the reviews?
Any company that offers 600 calories a day diets wants shooting.
Which plan were you following?0 -

I was looking at the 1200 calorie per day diet. i was mainly going to be using it when I didnt have time to cook due to being out of the house for 15 hrs a day 7 days a week.
but if i do my own at least i can add some fruit etc into it...
I dont know if I can post a web address on here?
