Julie wow (or ouch
) Congratulations on the birth of your lovely Granddaughter :j
Hilstep- hope the hospital goes ok today, hugs for you.
Redruby- hugs for you too, hope you manage to sort out the funeral ok.
Well we got one couple at the open viewing so the cleaning wasn't in vain, and the bonus is I didn't have anything to do today-even tea is leftover roast pork.Just as well after a hectic few days,DGDs mum was poorly on Friday so I had her,she was staying the night anyway,& we all went to DH Aunties 90th birthday lunch on Sat,then DH & I went to the local beer festival in the evening.Didnt go mad as we had to go to dog training Sun morning but it was good
Just met a nice lady with 2 labradors when I was out with Lyla. She was telling me she meets a few other dog owners every day in the fields, the dogs get on great and the younger ones learn from the older ones, which sounds ideal,so she very kindly gave me her mobile no. and if I want to go out I can,but no pressure
Been to ald! this afternoon.DH and Dil2b will only be a couple of weeks off moving into their house now so thought I'd buy them a kitchen starter pack of groceries so I got herbs, spices, tins, pasta ,couscous, etc foil clingfilm, added some stuff from my own stock cupboard too,the kinds of things you wouldnt necessarily think to get in your usual weekly shop, like vinegar :rotfl:it's filled 2 big bags so need to give him that to take over tonight if poss, think he's here for tea but I never know these days.I've frozen a complete roast dinner for 2 for them from yesterdays big joint, trying to build a little stash for after Baby is born.
Right, better stop waffling, hope everyone is as ok as they can be x
Molly-hope your tum settles soon.:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. (Eleanor Roosevelt)0 -

Hilly baby steps honey one day at a time.
