MonkeyManDG,
AESA i presume?
There's a contact us link on their website which you can send any queries/complaints to.

I couldn't find one when I completed my form back in April so just printed it off and sent it recorded delivery. They received it and reported back 8 weeks later. When I received the report, there was an email address of https://www.seguridadaerea.gob.es printed as a footnote so maybe try that?0 -
I was dubious about posting in case it got lost and thought recorded delivery abroad would be an extortionate fee so that's great I’ll try it. Many Thanks.
Were they much help to you?
P.S just noticed thats a web address.0 -
Plenty of help but bear in mind if they support your position it does not mean a jot as the airline can just discount any decision they give. You will find they reply far more quickly if you email in Spanish however they are reliant upon the airline even responding to them. Letters are,in my experience always responded to and I see no reason to send a letter by recorded delivery.0

Thanks, I really appreciate the info.
So if the airline can basically dismiss what the AESA say is writing to them my best course of action?
So far I have written to easyjet regarding a cancelled flight. To which they responded with a generic 'technical reason' response.0 -

111KAB,
I always understand your opinions and thoughts of any decisions by the NEB's especially after your case and how the judge 'discounted' AESA's 'default' ruling in your favour.
I would always state from my experience that if the airline actually reply to the NEB in question and then that the NEB then find in your favour- you have a very useful piece of evidence to submit to the courts as part of your claim.
MonkeyManDG,
Get your letter off to AESA it will cost just a couple of pounds if sent by post and await any reply.
But....as you will have read on here ...I hope ...if easyjet aren't playing ...court will be your only routeSuccessfully sued Ryanair in 2013/14...and have been 'helping' litigants since then.

AESA wrote to TC but got no reply so based on the facts I gave them they found in my favour. Now TC solicitors claim they haven't been passed the report! I will be mentioning AESA's findings in Court as I don't see what harm it can do, but as others have said on here, little or no weight may be placed on it. Different judges see things differently - just hope I get one who recognises the NEB have looked into it, asked TC for their report but they failed to respond, and NEB found in my favour.0 -
The purpose of obtaining the findings from AESA is to show the court that you did *everything* that you could reasonably do, to avoid a court action.
When it comes to costs, this will be important.0 -
Thanks for your advice. I have now posted to AESA, was a little bit more than couple of pounds...£8. That's one expensive stamp.0
