If that were the case, then EVERY complaint would have to go via the Ombudsman and, as the Banks pay FOS £900 for every referral, that would cost them a whole lot more money than the billions they are already paying out.
Your original post was asking for advice about a PPI complaint, but now you are just making anti-bank rants without any evidence to back up your claims.

I apologise if my view offended you, it was not intentional. I do believe it to be true, and I'm genuinely surprised that there still exist people who do not believe it, but I recognise that that belief is not relevant in the context of this thread.
