    Yes, OP probably just wants to sell them on but wont be able to shift two different sizes. Just chuck them in the bin and move on.

    could be hard after 11 months and 3 months wear, but no harm in trying
    They were "accepted" and there is no defect.

    Most people's feet are different sizes/shapes anyway - perhaps a 12/13 mix is the best combination for your daughter.

    Next time ask for a "pair", one a 12 and one a 13 :rotfl::rotfl:

    Missing the point entirely.

    She can go the the shop and ask then anything she wants.

    well thats what i was saying no harm in asking the shop, but after so long and with them being used for 3 months the shop could refuse to change etc. just think in 11 months the styles and shades would most likely changed, so the chances of getting a match now will be almost zero.

    Surely if she did'nt notice them last year they are'nt going to be an issue for her this year unless her feet have grown and she needs size 13, and then 2 different sizes won't be an issue anyway as she will need new one's for this winter.

    She could go and ask for them to give her a Rolls Royce in compensation - but perhaps that is "missing the point entirely"............
