I bought a pair of size 12 ugg boots for my daughters xmas from Office last november, she wore them for around 3 months. I them put them away for this winter, when I took them out the cupboard I noticed that they are a size 12 and 13! I still have the box which states a size 12. Can I take them back to the shop and ask for what I paid for, a size 12?

Err if she has worn them, and not said anything to you, about the size of them, then I would not have thought so.
Also I would have thought you should have checked befroe you left the shop.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

I think that after wearing them for 3 months and then keeping them for the rest of the year then acceptance will have occurred. She didn't notice they were wrong last time so I doubt she'll notice this time.0

So you purchased these 11 months ago and out of them they were worn for 3 months of these without anyone noticing them as different sizes.
I dont think you will get anywhere. the box means nothing, you would need proof of purchase (receipt or CC statement)0 -
As my mother used to say " You will grow into them "Owing on CC £00.00 :j
