    Have a look at the Panasonic Viera range. I have a plasma one and no hesitation in recommending them. Panasonic price matched the lowest price I could find and included their own 5 year guarantee.

    +1 Had mine for two years, no regrets with it.
  • We have a LG 47 inch 3d one, not sure of model number but I'm really pleased with it. Samsungs are good to.

    If you have any hearing loss issues I'd stay clear of the Samsung. We have an lg and a samsung and I have problems with the samsung. An independent tv retailer told me that the new samsung tvs are known in the industry for having poorer sound.
