  • 2.5lbs Verbatim :j that's me at 3 and a half stones.1 more pound and I will be halfway to where I want to be :D. Must admit I feel amazing. Fitness levels are the best they have been in years and I am the lightest I have been in years. I just hope I can keep going. I'm slightly obsessed just now and between moneysaving, diet and party I'm not sleeping so well. It could just be that I am not as tired as I was but it's annoying me. I'll see how it goes.

I am spending too much just now and need to find a way of reeling it in but most of the spends are on the party. I did spend £10 today on a strictly fitsteps DVD and for next 10 days I am going to try and do it twice a day and see if I can get my dress to fit me better.

Going to head to bed and chll with my book. Hopefully I will fall asleep quickly x

  • Hi folks. Been so busy I've hardly had time to bless myself never mind come on here:o. Sun Addict all is well in MIT land except the work/life balance but I'm hoping this will sort itself out.

I have a 4 day weekend this week but it's all for self employed work. This is good and I will reap the benefits as I am earning about £180 minus tax and costs each week :D CC's will be gone asap as I am so far managing to pay off all monies to said card. My only regret is that it isn't heading into a savings account instead. Never mind it will be once I am debt free.

Crazy week ahead for me so I am going to work as hard as I can today to get the laundry done and dusted so I can have later inthe week free. DD's party is on Saturday. We went in last night and scoped out the hall and she is now really excited. I'm more or less organised now. Just the fresh food to get and that will be us. Need to make multiple batches of tablet and cup cakes though so evenings this week will be very very busy.

I was at a night out on Friday night with my cousins and they let the cat out of the bag that they have booked a hall etc for my 50th. They are attending to everything and all I have to do is turn up. I could have cried. I feel so loved and special. I then found out that DD had arranged a night out for me the same night so . DD and DS now going to get involved with party and we will have a very posh lunch another day with just us 3.I'm very much looking forward to all the celebrations this year. I have 9 weeks until my birthday bash so I will need to continue with operation diet and make sure I look fab.

So I best go and get the other 3 HUGE bags of laundry from my car and get the washing machine going again. Work, work, work but I love it

  • Wow skinny look at you being all debt free :j. Fantastic.

Everything is coming along nicely here. Been working my socks off this weekend. I've not stopped all day but 2nd last load of washing in dryer now and I will press it when it comes out as I need to take it with me tomorrow. My poor house is a riot but once laundry goes out it will look all the better. I think I need to look into my summer house or shed being converted so I can take this all outside. I have a week off after tomorrow from cleaning as I have DD's party next week and all the prep leading up to it to sort out.

I've earned over £200 this weekend. Not got final totals yet and I have put in a good few hours. I'll get faster at doing this and a bit more savvy. I'm shattered and have a 5 hour stint cleaning tomorrow but hopefully more or less everything else is done. Just another few loads of washing but no pressing of this lot :D

I'm going to chill for a wee while and then head to bed. Hope everyone is doing well and hopefully I will get time during the week to catch up with everyone xx

  • Thanks INOD. I am so unused to people doing things like this for me that I have no clue how to act. It is not to cost a penny for me so I am a wee bit overwhelmed by everyone's generosity. Going to head in to my Aunt's after work today and have a chat with her about it as she seems to be the instigator. Right best be off and get my cleaning shift done
