Am I the only one finding Scottish Power cheap ?

Personally, I think U-Switch just have the end dates wrong and perhaps the unit prices, too?... March 2015 for SP means 28th February end but I think USwitch have assumed "it's March in the name" so must mean 31st March. That one only appeared cheap on my Uswitch quotes a few days ago, btw - previously it was lower in the list.
My current SP Fixed Nov 2013 deal expires on the 31st of this month and they offered me a (non-existent to USwitch) fixed to Nov 2014 deal that starts 1 Nov and ends 31 Oct 2014... which I've accepted. No cancellation fees so free to move to another SP tariff or switch supplier.
If that USwitch March 2015 deal exists it's only a (very very) few ££s PA cheaper for me although the extra few months fix provide a bigger benefit.
I did try ringing SP but after 15 mins in a queue it went very very quiet for far too long... so I gave up.0 -

I think the Nov 2014 deal is the one I got on the email from them as my current deal expires 31st of this month too.
The price looks quite good, just a shame it's only for a year, would really like nearer 2 years plus fixed, but the price difference is quite large.
Just wish we knew what was going to happen to the price increases for the next few years....0 -

30% in 5 years from 2009;
http://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/research/key-issues-for-the-new-parliament/green-growth/energy-price-rises/
which is ridiculously accurate, as they were predicting "30% increase in 5 years" around 2009. Makes you think they orchestrated the whole thing.
So I assume annual increase of 5%, but pray that fracking works.0
