Hi can some please help me as I know it may sound silly but i have for gotten my password for my account how can I get back in to my account I do not have any other emaill address either as have loads of files and in my account ( It is My Hotmail account )

as only have one email address this asking for diffrent emaill accoount

Could be they want another account so that they can contact you to try to ascertain your identity. So you will need to set up a new email address for communication purposes.

There should be an option where you say you can't use the usual reset options.

Maybe have two email accounts for this sort of thing, or write the password down?
It also pays to have a mobile number registered with them for this sort of thing.
