Nielsen Mobile Complaint - who to?
Hi,
I have contacted Nielsen Mobile several times to get them to resolve the problems I have been having but they have continued to say that they will pass it on and more recently have just ignored me.
I have had the app installed on my phone for a year. However, while I can log onto the mobile app (which says it is working) I cannot log onto the website and they seem to be collecting my info without giving me any points.
After sending them a final email stating what I expect from them they have not responded. I have looked for a physical address to send a complaint letter to but cannot find one. Can anyone help please?

Do you get e-mails every month or so saying how many points you have had added ?
What happens when you do the Mobile Panel member log on ?
I had a spot of trouble with my Android device over the summer. It had been out of contact with them for a while and couldn't be re-activated.
Fortunately I was able to move the account to a tablet which ran a newer version of Android and could be signed up again.
The whole thing is slightly hit and miss but overall worth it in my view.0 -

No I don't get any emails - but neither does my partner and his account works fine. When I try and log on to the website it says my username does not exist - however I am able to log on fine using the app. Very strange.Google

Thanks JJ Egan, I didn't know if this was the correct address as different Nielsen departments seem to have different registered addresses. I'll send one there as it's probably right.0
