Starting this thread as a list of extraordinary circumstances, how often they've happened and what the outcome was if you've tried to claim. The purpose being if 500 people tell me they also had this issue with their plane then it's not extraordinary right?
So my situation (and I'll add yours to this list just reply to this thread with your details)...
ENGINE BLEED
1 IN PROGRESS (claiming EC)

I can see what your trying to do however when I was in court this week I explained that I believed extraordinary circumstances was a blanket response to get out of paying I told him the watchdog programme was on that night and was specific too TC constant excuse using that as a get out clause. He wasn't interested he said he was there'd regarding just my specific case to determine if that flight was extraordinary, lucky for me that they didn't have the witness statements otherwise not sure if I had won . Many of the cases have won due to the airlines sloppy approach to court not based on the facts0
