I was under the impression it was included,

Also has anyone else tried to confirm via orange that they are getting billed with £15/month for the 1st 3 months?

Hi m8 - I got the v545 from OSPS on Orange two months ago and they have billed me £15 each time + £4 + VAT for 60 text messages - First Bill was £19.61 inc VAT.

2nd bill came yesterday and was £23.xx coz I forgot to cancel Orange World which was FREE for first month. It would work out at £15 though otherwise.

Hey wackojackouk - cheers for that, ill give orange a call to double check, can never be to sure with these peeps!!

Just phoned CPW and apparently itemised billing is NOT included in the deal
  • Just received my first bill from Orange for the 6230 thro' E2Save - £30. Spoke to Orange who have no knowledge of 1st 3 months @ £15pcm. Spoke to E2Save and they assure me it should be £15 - outcome this month at £30 then next three @ £15pcm then 8 @ £30 - so sorted, but worth checking those bills.

I have the same problem as you ^

I was going to ring today, but I will leave it, and see what happens on my next bill.

I just got of the phone from CPW and Orange - and apparenlty CPW say orange are sorting the problem, but their customer service agents dont know about it and it will be amended, so the same as you guys it seems like,

CPW did seem aware of it, they knew what i was talkign about when i mentioned it so it should be ok!

Also again Itemised billing is charged as an extra so u gotta cancel it

Also, you can port your existing number without any hassle.

I have a really cr*p number with this deal! I guess if you've got a contract number you can port, but not sure about a PAYG,

Think you gotta ring your old contracter
