My first bill came today and it shows the correct amount (£15)
Memo to self- must cancel free orange world trial

I have also chased up the £15 cashback from linemypocket and they have emailed back within 24 hours to tell me they have contacted carphone warehouse and it will be sorted.

isn't the first cashback after 28 days? Anyway, my statement shows that the 'discounts' is £12 odd exc VAT

I spoke to 3 different people and orange and they wouldn't do a thing!

Spoke to carphone warehouse who had had loads of phone calls today about it, they rang up orange for me - 15 mins later a very frustrated CPW bloke said he'd finally got them to correct it!

Ask to speak to a women called Anne in orange billing dept - she sorted it for me,
No free cash though!

Mines confusing as hell now, as i got £5.11 for activating it before the billing period, then £25.53 for the actual billing period, and 13p for itemised billing!

Shes refunding me 50% of the bill nxt month i.e. £18 and a further 50% of the next 2 bills i.e. half of £25.53 which without VAT should work out at £15..

Mine hasnt arrived as yet.

I think this is only on the e2save deal though.

I received a £75 cheque from CPW about six weeks ago.

Sent them a complaint email and hey presto, refund cheque is on the way although it says allow up to 14 working days.

Not ideal I had to chase but full marks once I complained, I wonder how many others will overlook this? Nice profit for e2save at £60 a pop!
