I spoke to the dopey one!! at Carphone Warehouse this morning and he said they are getting orange to send out revised bills in the next fourteen days with the £15 rental instead of £30. will have to wait and see if that is the case

Just to let peeps know

My dad signed up for the 8 month e2save offer,

But apparently its not just 8 months at 4.99! Its 8 months at 4.99 - but then the last 4 months at £30!!

Anyone else done this? Know any better?

Help would be appreciated else im gonna go cancel it:-(

Steve - this was the deal that replaced the 12 months at £4.99 deal. Its a 12 month contract and the first 8 months are £4.99 then the last 4 months at £30. So total cost £160 against the original £60 deal.

I would return it if it doesn't suit and go for one of the free deals currently available on the nokia 3120 or Motorola v220 from Mobileshop.

I just got a bill for £36.15!!!!

Not happy - i havent made any calls/txts/wap and somehow im being billed for all this!

I got a bill for £34.04, phoned Orange billing and the lady there set it that the next 3 bills will only be £15 and gave me another £15 off for them getting it wrong. So I am more than happy to have got the wrong amount on my first bill.
