Cheap International Text Contract

Having family in South Africa, two of my family members in particular are looking contracts to send texts to as they do it quite regularly, probably about 100 or so a month at the minute but i'm sure it would be more having a contract. Just wondering does anyone know of any cheap contracts for this? Maybe some company's do contracts that say, for every 2 free UK texts you get a free international text?

I can only see the price of texts on both those links or am i missing something? Can't see calls really being taken advantage of just texts.
