I need a new basic mobile phone just for business calls that i don't want on my personal phone, as my current business phone has started getting unsolicited £1.50 texts.

The big question I have is....which networks offer free voicemail retrieval on PAYG as I get left alot of messages?

My current Orange phone costs me 50p/60p a minute

Thanks

    Looks interesting. Thanks.

I'm guessing I need an unlocked mobile as my current mobile is Virgin.

EDIT: Just seen for Orange and T Mobile customers it will work automatically - as i'm on Virgin, I guess as they use (or did use?) T-mobile....

Unfortunately I believe that your locked Virgin handset will need to be unlocked.

A Virgin SIM works in a T-Mobile locked handset (Virgin is a subset of T-Mobile) but a T-Mobile SIM won't work in a Virgin locked handset unless it is unlocked.

Ahhhh, not too big a worry - i'll buy a cheapie T-Mobile phone (or an unlocked one) and put a white mobile sim in there.

I get so many voice messages it will pay for itself very quickly.

    Thanks.
