Mobile Phone Upgrade with Auto Cashback

Hi there, wonder if anyone can help I am currently due an upgrade on my orange phone contract and have been looking at a few deals on line, and am interested in an auto cashback deal. I just wondered which sites offer the quickest cash, I am currently on a £20.50 tarrif and dont want to spend more. The cash would be a big help with Christmas coming up.

Thanks in advance

Keep your phone, go sim-only and you'll get even bigger help. Upgrading every 2 years is a habit, not necessity, especially if your are on a tight budget.

hi there have looked at sim only deals, but would rather have a better phone than I have now, plus the auto cash back deals are larger, just dont like having to wait 90 or 60 days for the cash back as money would go towards Christmas

Auto cashback usually takes between 60 and 90 days with most retailers. If you need the money for Christmas, could you not put off upgrading for a couple of months and use the money you have saved on not having a new phone?

I totally agree but why am i looking at new phones when my S2 is still working well and copes with everything i do?

Ive seen it and i want it eh. I want an S4 but im not paying VF prices. How much and for less minutes etc.. No thanks.
I may even move over to pay and go.

I did a few comparison sites and the autocashback didnt seem to be as clear cut. I assume auto means i get it after a set time. Not still having to jump through hoops to get it and hope the cashback company dont fold before they pay out. Thats happened before.

Treat cashback as a bonus, If it pays out then great if not you have not lost anything.

My almost 3 y.o. Desire with a custom ROM copes well too and I am not looking at new phones despite not having any worries about Christmas coming. Or is it that I don't have any worries because I am not wasting money on my mobiles?
