Your orders may get through the system but that wont stop them being cancelled instore if they cotton on.

Bit of a stupid system Asda have in place if you ask me.

You place an order and a pre authorisation shows up for 1p (not uncommon and most supermarkets do this nowadays) the amount will be taken when it goes through the checkout.

But.... you amend an order as you stupidly forgot something (like me)and it shows up as another 1p pre authorisation.

Now if there is a sure fire way to having your card blocked then 1p authorisations is cetainly one of them. What if you needed to amend an order 3 or 4 times?

    Hi guys,

Shopping online/click and collect at Asda has vouchers currently:

    £25 off of 4 shops - min. spend £25
    £50 off of 1 shop - min. spend £50

Voucher codes are in the Voucher bit of MSE.

    Enjoy!

Does this mean you buy a shop for £50 then you get a free one after for £50 or it takes your first one to zero?

I'm not holding my breath, I'm reading in places some people have placed 8 orders with free £25. Some have ordered £75 orders for free.

Based on my posts at max potential:

    41 * £50 = £2050
    21 * £50 = £1050

So they're looking at losing £3100 just from my MSE posts. Highly doubt it'll be honoured :'(

I agree that they are unlikely to honour the orders, but they if they did not they would 'lose' far less than the amount ordered - what they pay for the goods is far less than what we pay! ;)

Refuse delivery. You'll pay delivery but many people think it's worth the punt?

I'll accept all of the delivery other than the £17 steak and Fifa 14.
