Sky Codes don't work

Put in my code for trying to get half price sky as per the forum promise, message from sky when inputting the code is that deal is not recognised. Pretty poor to say the least (before anyone shouts at me I cut and pasted the code) I would also like to think that if I was not quick enough with the code I would get an offer expired code as opposed to being advised the code is not recognised. Rubbish to say the least.:mad:

Have you tried calling Sky about it?

Yes you may well have missed out but it could also be some error at their end.

There were up to 13,000 codes given out but only the first 2,500 were going to be accepted, and as of 3pm this afternoon 11,000 of these had been given out, I imagine it's probably the former. However, no harm in calling them.

Did you use the link that was below the code. The code will only work if you use this link, rather than going to sky directly. I just got a code and it works fine.
