Name this crime drama (with spoiler)!

We've become obsessed recently with watching foreign drama - The Bridge, The Killing, The Returned - and I've remembered a crime drama in my vague memory seems a similar sort of thing and I'd like to watch again but I have no idea what it was.

All I remember was at the end of the series (the police?) they all rush off to a garage or outbuilding and find a girl hidden behind a false wall. Maybe they have to move a freezer or something to get to the wall.

Does that mean anything to anyone??

Didn't The Bridge have the son being walled up in a garage?

I think there was an episode of Wallander where a young immigrant girl was hiding in a factory.

It was the male detectives son behind the wall. But the killer told the police a dead girl was in the freezer.

That was the Bridge. The UK /French version starts soon.

I haven't a clue what the show is but just wanted to say I loved watching The Returned - I haven't come across anyone else who watched it. My Sunday nights just aren't the same .

I have recently been watching a Danish show called Unit One recently which is really good.

Thank you everyone! It must be the Bridge - we are watching the DVD box set and the killer has just kidnapped the boy in the episode we watched (oops, think I might have an idea what happens in the next episode ...)

Luckily my OH and I are on the same wavelength on these things so I have someone to talk about them with (must be some reason we've stayed married so long!)

The Returned was great - shame it didn't answer a single question at the end of the series though, I did think they would explain something at least.

I bought a DVD of series 1-3 of the Spiral (French crime drama) so we could start from the beginning. So far we've seen Series 1, which was good, but maybe not as compelling as the Nordic dramas.

I really enjoyed The Returned and I'm looking forward to the second series. I loved every series of Spiral, the characters and acting was brilliant.
