Received PCN today for parking 11 minutes over the 1 hour 30 minutes allocation.

See top thread about complaints, and the Aldi Facebook thread as well.

Is this part of Long Eaton Retail Park? Already mentioned in the top thread if so; fake PCN cancelled by a complaint to FarmFoods Store Manager. Do the same with Aldi - whether it's part of the Retail Park or not - and follow the extra tips in the Aldi facebook thread. Do that this week and get it cancelled that way by being assertive and angry and showing a copy of your receipt. Let Aldi know this ridiculous draconian harassment has made you think twice about shopping there in future - they need to hear that message loud and clear. Post on that fb page too!

Don't you think it might have been more polite to the regular posters who will help you out to have done some research yourself? There are plenty of threads on the first page with a wealth of information which will help you put together your appeals.

You might want to read the thread titled "Too lazy, please do it for me" which is on page two at the moment!
