Any bank account. It's on page 3 of the PDF.
But you can't transfer in existing ISA funds. No free lunch, and no free laptop

I invested in a Tesco Instant Access Cash ISA in September 2013 at 2%
Upon checking the ISA now, no interest has yet been added to the initial transfer.
Will it be added on April 5th? Because it is Instant Access, can I move this ISA to a S&S ISA on April 6th, which I think is when the 2% rate will run out?0
