Hello
I'm looking into contacting Barclaycard and Egg to investigate the refund of Credit Fees, going back as far as the early 2000s potentially.
I've read through the guidance on the site and it seems to indicate in one place I can only go back 6 years for this but in another place it seems to indicate you can go back further? Was hoping someone could clarify this for me please? Is there a limit they can impose on how far back you can request statements?
Also, now that Egg has been brought out by Barclaycard, are they the best contact for historic Egg accounts and copy statements
Thanks
