just checked hubbies email, 3 days ago he received an email which had a letter attached which says

The Operator has informed us that they have cancelled parking charge notice number 7861312495, issued in respect of a vehicle with the registration mark .
Your appeal has therefore been allowed by order of the Lead Adjudicator.
You are not liable for the parking charge and, where appropriate, any amounts already paid in respect of this parking charge notice will be refunded by the Operator.

they really have to be as thick as 2 short planks to have let this one go this far, cost themselves and the BPA money and then cancelled it, not to mention the stress and harassment to the RK of the vehicle (or driver)

the word CIVIL in the PPC name is a breach of contract based on the above

Thank you Redx i did have a couple of wobbles where i thought, can we actually fight this or will we go to bits. Paid off and if i didnt know about this forum i think we would have just paid for an easy life.
