Oh no ive already done that, i have changed all "parking eye" to "civil enforcement"
i know im a bit daft at dealing with this thing, but im not too daft to send it off with references to a completely different company in it.0 -
OK - whew.
For insurance I'd send the appeal online and follow it up with a snail mail copy, getting free proof of postage from you PO.

Had an email from a lady at co-op who asked me to ring her to get some details, anyway she ended up calling me as i only have mobile and it will have cost a fortune to wait. She said she was ringing to say that they would pay the charge, but because i had gone to POPLA already she didnt know if she had to wait for it to be heard (11th December) or if they could just pay it anyway. She is going to speak to someone higher up than her tomorrow and let me know whats what.0

They would be MENTAL to pay a charge that is about to be cancelled, tell them NOT to add to this PPC's profits and to wait because luckily you have researched and have sent a likely winner of an appeal to POPLA.
The amount does not go up if a person loses at POPLA, and you won't as long as your appeal included the above wording you showed us!
Gawd the Co-op need to wait and then donate that money to charity, tell them to be patient and you appreciate their response but do not want this PPC to make money out of this scam!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
