Not difficult at all, they tend to be self explanatory.0 -
Username and log in are usually all that's required.
As pointed out on your other post, the router is not 'part of the package' and not leased. It's basically a one-off freebie provided with the service. Primus have no contractual obligation to maintain or replace it. The fact that you've gone through two in 6m may be the factor here. Are you maybe overheating it (lack of ventilation)? Loads of secondhand routers on eBay for about a fiver.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
i went through 7 when i was with plusnet in 12 months, 5 had the same issue in that they suddenly stopped picking up and signal, 1 they sent would not even turn on and one they sent instead of a wireless they sent a speedtouch USB one ( they told me to keep this as a backup) eventually i just got a dlink one from ebay. as soon as my 12 month contract ended i moved.0
