Just had a quick web search and you might be able to get drivers from here (double-check, though, and scan for viruses!)

Thanks Macman - yes it connects by USB
Thanks esuhl, I have recently signed up to that website, just waiting for them to email me back0 -
So ive managed to download the driver but now my next issue, ive plugged.it in as instructed but my pc is still asking me to plug it in and turn it on.
I thought it could be a cable issue however the pc makes a noise everytime the usb is put in and out.
Im stumped0 -
You could give this a go:
- Unplug the device from the computer.
- Go into the Device Manager (hold down the Windows key and then tap the "Pause|Break" key and you should see the relevant option somewhere).
- Uninstall the driver for the device you're using (and tick the box to remove the driver files).
- Reboot.
- Reinstall the driver you have.
- Then (and only then) plug in the device.

Unfortunately it's still not working

This is what I get "please make sure the cutting plotter is powered on and connected to the USB device"
And it is connected just the cutter's error light is flashing
Sorry for being useless, I just really want to help my mum sort it out 0 -
You downloaded the driver. But have you actually run the file and installed it? If not, the PC won't recognise the device.
What OS have you installed it under, and is the driver the correct version for that OS?No free lunch, and no free laptop
