Runs from zombies in London?
'28 days later' seems to be the most popular answer on the comp post.0 -
Shaun of the Dead seems to be an almost equally popular answer and as the clue is "runs from zombies in London" I'd assume it refers to a character related title ie Shaun (days don't tend to run!).0

I'm tempted to say Shaun of the Dead only because Simon Pegg stars in Shaun of the Dead but also Run Fatboy Run so could be a bit of a hidden clue.0
