In their T&C is says the pick winner weekly and contact on email.
How do they get email when it's based only on comments?

Draws will be conducted on or about three (3) days after the end of each Weekly Entry Period by the Administrator whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email on or about one (1) day following each draw.

If you look at previous weeks threads they announce a winner and ask them to check their PMs so they must be using a PM instead of email.
