Curious text message from Orange asking me to call 244
I received the following text :-
"Message from Orange Customer Services. Please call us free by dialling 244free from your Orange handset in the UK. We value your feedback."
Is it genuine and whats it all about ? I am only half way through my contract, so I can't beleive they want to sell me another one yet.

Sounds dodgy to me. Any decent company wouldnt tell you to call them. They always call you!!!
I would personally just delete it.
If you are concerned then look at the sender of the txt message and also phone up Orange (their official number - whatever that may be, check the website). Do not respond back to this 244 number.:hello:

Don't spend five pounds to dry clean a shirt. Donate it to the charity shop instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning buy it back for two pounds.0 -

I received this exact message this afternoon- and i have a t-mobile contract.
I left it as it is; if they can’t be bothered to ring me i think they have answered their own question about their customer services.0 -
